Is it free? Do I need an account?: Free, no sign-up, nothing to install. Phone or computer, it is the same web page.
How do I save a video to Photos on iPhone?: Open this page in Safari, parse the link and tap "Save video". When the download finishes a system menu pops up: tap "Save Video" and it goes to Photos. Videos over 100 MB show a "please wait" notice; just let the progress finish.
Can I add it to my home screen?: Yes. On Android, open this page in Chrome and tap "Install app" in the menu; a red icon appears on your home screen. On iPhone, open it in Safari and tap Share → "Add to Home Screen".
